All orders are normally dispatched within 24 hours (Not including weekends & bank holidays). However for Post Office parcel deliveries, allow upto 2 weeks from dispatch date.

All carriage is charged at the standard Royal Mail rate based on the weight of the items ordered, to see what delivery will cost, simply add the items to your basket and proceed to the checkout, the cost of postage will then be shown for the mix of items you have ordered.

Please note that if your postcode starts with the following, AB, BT, GY, IM, IV, JE, PA, PH, TR, or KW, you may be surcharged on certain larger items, we will contact you if this applies.

If you are not completely happy with your purchase you may return the products to us within 7 days of your receipt of the goods, whereupon a refund will be made, provided that the goods are returned in the original packaging in pristine, new, unworn condition. Please note that postage costs are not refundable, we will only refund the cost of the items. You may request replacement products which we will dispatch (subject to availability). We recommend that you return the item via a recorded service as proof of posting. If replacement products are needed please enclose further carriage fee with returning goods, we will then dispatch after the initial item has been returned.
